I ordered a Silhouette frame from them; which was most competitively priced on their website than any other. The instruction stated the delivery date to be within five to eleven working days. However I needed them quick! I wrote to their customer services and they did the magic to get the frame to me within days! There customer services are the most responsive of any other I have come across. They would answer within an hour or maximum a couple. It’s a genuine highly quality frame which is with me now!
