Protect your Eyes—Getting high-quality sunglasses by a brand name like Oakley or Ray Ban can ensure your eyes have the protection they need from damaging ultraviolet rays and damaging light variations. To ensure your eyes stay healthy, get a checkup yearly and make sure your prescription lenses are accurate. Wear sunglasses when outdoors at all times, even when it seems the sun isn’t bothersome.
Protect your Skin— For a longer life, younger look, and healthier you, then wear sunscreen, wear a hat and sunglasses, and keep your skin moist and clean. Your skin is an organ every bit as important as those inside you!
Get the right Nourishment – No bit of health advise is complete without the mention of vitamins and minerals, ensure you get the nourishment you need by supplementing your healthy diet with a multi vitamin, or at the least a cod liver oil pill (nature’s cure all).
Exercise is king – Everyone says it, and everyone knows it, but very few actually follow through on the doctor’s advice and start exercising.
