Everyone’s Sexiest Star

Want to know what links four of the world’s sexiest and most competitive Hollywood men to each other- Ray Ban’s.


Recently Hugh Jackman, a native of Australia, was nominated America’s sexiest man. For his role in X-men we were thrilled when Jackman tightened up his abs and donned form-fitting jeans, a black leather jacket and Ray Ban shades. He epitomizes the modern man’s aim- effortless style, charming appeal and rugged good looks.


To get the Jackman look grow a week old stubble, shop for family reunion T-shirts at the Goodwill, pick up a discarded company baseball hat at a random sporting event and then class the whole thing up with a pair of classic Ray Ban Aviators, Dockers shoes and a thousand dollar wrist watch.


Before Jackman there was Pitt. Brad Pitt who also favored Ray Ban Aviators and a devil-may-care attitude. Pitt also wore jeans with holes, shirts with random sayings and the occasional baseball cap. Since meeting his partner Angelina Jolie, Pitt has been bumped off the sexiest man list and has begun to wear shirts that fit properly and shoes without laces, but this does not mean he will toss everything. No, Pitt kept his Ray Ban’s and has been seen wearing them whenever outside the Jolie-Pitt estates.


Matt Damon, who was surprised to learn he was America’s sexiest man, also wears Ray Ban’s, though the Ray Ban 3248 style rather than the Aviators Jackman and Pitt favored.


George Clooney, also a Sexiest Man back in his prime, wore Ray Ban’s in Ocean’s Eleven, where every character (including rival sexiest men Brad Pitt and Matt Damon) were decked out in designer shades throughout the film
